Results

We had a very nice day for both our trail work and Orienteering. Karen, Heather, Earl, Eugene and Alan worked with David White the ranger at Alley Park for 3 hours Saturday morning. We divided into 2 teams, one that walked some of the days trimming branches and doing a lot of vine control. The second team worked with David and his son to spread mulch on one of the other trails and moved some pine logs down to be used in building the cabin now being constructed at the fire pit area.

For the orienteering only Heather and Earl went out on the score course. But Earl, Heather, Karen and Eugene helped pick up the 20 controls I placed on Friday and Saturday morning. We also had 2 groups of beginners that came out to run the white course, their results are below.
